All orders are handcrafted to order upon receipt of full payment. Please allow the following lead times for creation and dispatch:

3–5 working days (apparel)

7-10 working days (snuffle & play)

During peak seasons, kindly add an additional 3 working days to account for high volume and courier schedules.

Sizing, Colours & Customisation

As every item is 100% handcrafted, please note:

1. A slight variance of 1–3 cm in listed measurements may occur.
2. On-screen fabric colours may differ due to monitor settings. Please refer to product sample photos for a truer representation, or contact us for more details.
3. Minor batch-to-batch colour variations may also occur as we work to maintain material quality and consistency.

Colour Selection & Availability

1. All available colours are listed in the order selection menu.
2. Colour charts on our website and social media are for reference only.
3. New or seasonal colours will be announced via our website and social channels.

Customisation

1. Each product includes a standard selection of up to 4 colours at no extra charge.
2. Additional colours are available for SGD5 each, with a maximum of 7 colours total per snuffle product.

We dedicate immense care to every product and ensure each is quality-checked before shipping. As each item is fully custom made to order, we strictly cannot accept returns or refunds. This extends to items on sale as well. Your understanding is deeply appreciated.

For Your Pet’s Success

All enrichment toys require supervision. Please introduce snuffling gradually to match your pet’s experience and minimise frustration. A frustrated pet may chew or shred the toy. We are not liable for damage resulting from unsupervised or improper use, but we are always here to advise on safe and successful play.

Care & Longevity

To preserve your handcrafted item, we strongly recommend gentle hand-washing. With regular use and washing, some loosening of materials may occur over time; this is normal wear and tear and should not affect the product’s purpose. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, colours and shapes may vary slightly from images shown online.
